Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Full refund of any deposit paid.
Late Cancellation (14–30 days)
50% of the total stay cost is charged.
Late Cancellation (under 14 days)
100% of the total stay cost is charged. No refund.
No-show
100% of the total stay cost is charged.
Booking Terms
Minimum Stay
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Shorter stays are not available.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early/late arrangements possible on request.
Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours via email to stay@purewood.haus.
Payment
A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. Remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
House Rules
Capacity
Maximum 5 guests. Exceeding capacity is not permitted.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the natural surroundings.
Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside the property.
Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please declare your pet at booking.
Privacy Policy
Data Use
Personal data collected during booking (name, email, phone) is used solely for reservation management and communication.
Third Parties
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.
